Our house was built by Holm Developments and was completed in January 2008. We have a beautiful home and are extremely happy with our home building experience. Darwin & Tanya Holm were fantastic people to work with and had lots of ideas and suggestions that were very helpful to first time home owners. Along the building journey, Darwin and Tanya kept us informed of the building schedule and the plan of what would happen next.

Our house has an appealing yet functional floor plan. Details such as a walk through pantry and main floor laundry rooms that attracted us to the layout but that are also very practical. Holm Developments also has a high standard of expectations and craftsmanship. Items such as beautiful high baseboards and Decora light switches are standards in their houses.

Overall we love living in our new home and enjoyed working with Darwin and Tanya Holm of Holm developments.
